What this site is for
This website provides information about our cybersecurity and vulnerability-management services and allows you to contact us. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, professional certification claim, or guarantee of a particular audit or compliance outcome.
No professional advice from website content alone
Blog posts, service descriptions and resources are general information. They are not legal, audit or certification advice. Engagement terms for paid work are set out in a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit malicious or unlawful content through forms).

Enquiries
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship. We aim to reply within one business day but do not guarantee response times on the public site.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
