How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are emailed to our team and are not stored in a website CRM or submissions database. Email retained in our mailbox is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up engagement, then deleted or archived under normal business email practices. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings while consent remains valid.
